A Truly Wonderful Stay! This place was absolutely stunning — exactly as described and even better in person! Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully set up. The views were breathtaking, especially from the hot tubs, which made the whole experience feel extra special and relaxing. Brett and Carmel both host were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend this place more — I’ll definitely be telling all my friends and family about it. Wishing you both well and may this place be cherished for a long time! Thank you 🙏🏻

We had a fantastic stay at Paengatia - Lake. Brett and Carmel were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a perfect location for getting around and exploring. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, it was just like home and made for a great nights sleep. It was exactly as pictured, I loved sipping my morning coffee just looking at the views, amazing! You could not ask for a better location. We highly recommend this listing and would definitely stay here again,

Carmel & Brett’s place is BEAUTIFUL! Waking up to the view was stunning. Brett had the hot tub stoked and ready for us on arrival! Carmel was so helpful with her suggestions for places to visit in the area and supplied us with a such a generous breakfast. They are both such lovely people who made us feel so welcomed. Definitely follow the instructions from description for how to get there rather than relying on Google or GPS. Highly recommend! Perfect location to get to all the attractions in the Northern part of NZ. Would love to come back again some time. Thanks Brett & Carmel for sharing your beautiful home with us 😍❤️

We had a beautiful and relaxing stay, cosy by the fireplace with an amazing view and a fresh brewed coffee, looking out at the stunning view of the lake. It was definitely a memorable stay and the hosts we're super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again

Every detail was taken care of, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their local recommendations were spot-on, and their kindness left a lasting impression on all of us. It’s rare to find hosts who care so deeply about their guests’ experience, but Brett and Carmel truly do. The facilities here are amazing, with a pool, hot spring, bonfire, beautiful scenery, and a peaceful environment. We had a wonderful holiday here and truly relaxed after our exams. The host was very friendly. Thank you so much for providing us with this wonderful hospitality. We hope to come back to this beautiful place again in the future. どうもありがとうございます🤗❤️
